Ospreys Junior Wheelchair Rugby

The Town Mayor Cllr Paul Edwards was delighted to have formally attended the launch of Junior Wheel Chair Rugby organised through the Ospreys on Sunday 12th January 2025.

The Mayor was very impressed with the facilities and support given by the Pencoed Comprehensive School.

Rugby sessions are being held on Sunday @ 3pm at the Pencoed Comprehensive School campus and all children are welcome regardless of disability, free of a charge.

The Mayor has agreed to donate a sum of money from his allowance to further this well worthy cause.

Pencoed Memorial Garden.

Pencoed Town Council is working with the LUC to undertake a project on the Memorial Garden opposite Salem Chapel, Coychurch Road, with the aim of creating a peaceful place for reflection within the town.
