Meetings, Agendas and Minutes

The office and meeting venue of the Town Council is Salem Chapel Vestry, Coychurch Road, Pencoed. Our monthly meeting minutes are listed here. The documents have been created in adobe PDF format, we hope that this will enable everyone to be able to download & review them.

Please allow at least 6 weeks between the date of the Meeting and the Minutes being available to download. This ensures the minutes are agreed and uploaded.

Minutes of the meetings are available to the general public at any reasonable hour by prior arrangement with the Clerk. There may be a nominal charge if numerous copies are requested.
